The FM modulator is necessary for the GL1500, feed the signal from the Zumo MP3 player in the sound system. The FM modulator is inserted into the antenna cable to the radio. The modulator acts like a radio station. The injected signal can be played on the radio.

It supports headset/ handsfree and A2DP stereo streaming. An intelligent control system ensures that navigation prompts and phone calls are forwarded to the driver's headset. A2DP stereo from MP3 player is sent to the AUX input.
The junction box operates independently of the setting of the radio and intercom. In intercom-mode (with passenger), also the passenger can listen the phone calls and Navigation announcements. This feature can be disabled.

GPS / AUX Adapter the low-cost alternative to the junction box.
To connect from any GPS navigation device with built-in MP3 Player.
The navigation instructions can be heard on the intercom. The signal from the MP3 player is fed to the AUX input (GL1500 FM modulator). The navigation device is connected via a 3.5 mm stereo jack with the GPS / AUX adapter. The navigation message and the stereo signal from the MP3 player is brought up floating on the intercom and the AUX input. Disturbance can be prevented effectively.

GPS adapter, the inexpensive alternative for connections with other devices
With this GPS adapter you can connect every GPS navigation device (PDA, GARMIN) with the intercom. To listen to the navigation system through the headset, the intercom has to be switched on. A 3.5 mm jack plug sends the signal from NAVI. To avoid sounds of generator and electric ripple pickup the voice message is forwarded onto the intercom.
There are 2 versions.
Version 1:
With a 5-pole diode plug and a coupling for a direct connection to the headset socket. This adapter is suitable for all GL models and intercom  installations with Honda (J&M) plug distribution.
